10 digit telephone style keypad - NOS

10 digit telephone style keypad, new / old stock, never used.  No maker markings of any kind, just what looks like A080 and 25 stamped in in a couple of places. Measures 2-1/2" x 3". Intended original application is a bit of a mystery but it would make a good keypad for a project such as for a security system to a panic room?  Images do a suitable job of representing the item and as always I'm willing to entertain offers.
