5 x 270µf 25v DC Sprague 672D Radial Aluminum Electrolytic Capacitors, 3-lead (center lead is a a stabilizer lead), rated at 105⁰ C new. Each lot is for 5 capacitors, just so nobody is confused. These are really nice capacitors designed to be used in ruggedized devices - but if you don't need the stabilizer lead you can just remove it.
