One Elgin factory FEMALE stem for 13/0s grade 711 thru 719 and 724, 730 movements in waterproof cases, 711-3-E, new in packaging. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. See images for further details.
