Elgin Factory Mainspring for 16s TIMER No. 5980 - Steel

 Elgin Factory mainspring for 16s TIMER movements, Factory No. 5980, steel, new in likely frail envelope. Has the typical Elgin DB&H end and are very similar in characteristics to the Elgin 817 but were made for the various flavors of military timer movements. They will work  as an 817 in a pinch, in a 7j movement. See images for further details. I likely have several of these so the one you get may differ slightly from the images. While all mainsprings should be cleaned before use, the Elgin springs can be especially sticky and goopy, and these are no exception.
