One Elgin factory MALE two-piece winding arbor / stem for 11½ ligne Grade 793 movements, new in packaging. These 11½ ligne movements are AS 1673 ébauche based so this will fit movements other than just the specified Elgin. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. See images for further details.
