Elgin Factory stem / winding arbor for 13/0s grade 711 thru 719 movements

One Elgin factory stem for 13/0s grades 711 thru 719 and 724, 730, Factory No. 6814, new in envelope. These were sold in long, mid, and short lengths, plus waterproof versions, with this one being the mid length version. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. See images for further details.
