One Elgin factory No. 5354 stem for 21/0s grades 533, 535, 541, 547, 617, 617L, 619, 619L, 620, 650, 651, 655, 656, new in packaging. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. See images for further details.
