One Elgin factory stem for 16/0s & 18/0s Grade 473, 482, Factory No. 4648 / 4703, Refill #511-255 (511-3), new in package. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, but everyone else just calls them stems. See images for further details.
