One Elgin factory "short" winding arbor / bar for 16s grade 582 WWII Bomber Timer, Military P/N EL-149-16-2, new in open package. In the Elgin factory vernacular these are called winding arbors, the military chose to call them bars, but everyone else just calls them stems.
