Elgin Mainspring 5/0s Grade 880 movements, No. 6712, (tongue) end, alloy, new in envelope. These 5/0s movements are Standard (STA) caliber 880 ébauche based which were made from 1962 to 1965 or thereabouts so this mainspring will fit movements other than just the specified Elgin.
