ONE (Keystone) Howard 10s Model 1921 Factory winding & setting arbor / stem for detent set (also called positive setting) movements, new. This is from an original Keystone Howard factory parts system and is virtually pristine. It is not used and not an aftermarket stem, but a true original factory part.
