Lot of 2 ECG130 NPN Silicon 100V, 15A Power Transistors in TO-3 case, new. Transistor is equivalent to the NTE130 and likely many others. While technically new and unused they've been bouncing around in a drawer with other transistors since the early 1990's (was made in 1986). Includes everything shown in the images, which do an adequate job of representing the items which are sold as-is but guaranteed against DOA.
