Omega Factory Stems LOT of 2 for caliber 563 - new in package

Package of 2 OMEGA factory stems for caliber 563 movements and several other related calibers, P/N 563-1106, new in open package. See images for further details. If I read it right, there were originally 5 stems in this package but only 2 remain.
