Southern Pacific Railroad Transportation Dept. Rules & Regulations 1969

Southern Pacific Lines Transportation Department Rules and Regulations, 1969. Comprising 193 pages, the only wear and tear visible is someone writing on the first page and the 13th page because it was owned by a watchmaker and he wanted to know always what page to turn to to see time regulations...I guess.  Don't see any other scribbling in the book and the vinyl cover is in pretty great condition. Believe I paid $25 for it when I bought it many years ago. Images do a suitable job of representing the item.
