Stella Date-Gauge watch crystal date indicator location gauge for properly selecting wrist watch crystals with the date window in the proper spot.  Very essential tool for anyone that works on calendar wrist watches.  If I remember correctly these came in the package with boxes of Stella Wedge-Ledge crystals. Condition is very good, as is the sheath, perhaps just a bit dirty. Images do a satisfactory job of representing the item.
