Vermont HSS D6 tap, M10 x 1.5, 3 flutes, lightly used if at all.  Comes from the batch of items from a clock makers shop and he didn't work on clocks for very long so nearly all of his machinists tools appear unused, albeit usually pretty dirty.  Images do a suitable job of representing the item.
