Waltham 16s Model 1899 & 1908 Factory winding & setting arbor / stem for detent set (also called positive setting) movements, Factory No. 4786, NOS, unused. This is from an original Waltham factory parts system and is virtually pristine. So it is not used and not an aftermarket stem, but a true original factory part.
