Watch-Craft Balance Screw Cutters in Box - Set of 6

Set of 6 C & E Mashall Watch-Craft Balance Screw Cutters, No. 35105, used but in original container and in excellent condition. These are often called dimple cutters and they were designed to be use to remove weight from a balance screw without removing it. You press the tool into the screw slot until the blade emerges from behind the sheath (see photo) and slightly twist. I won't judge the wisdom of doing it this way, but if you have just a teensie-weensie bit of weight to remove when you're adjusting the balance, I think this tool is super handy for that.
