Westclox Factory ALARM Mainspring for Alarm Clocks, Hole End, Factory No. SPR-3246 BB3, Equivalent to the more common No 80-476, for clocks from the 1940's (and perhaps beyond), new in envelope. Could also very well fit in other alarm and travel clocks as well. I likely have several of these so the one you get may differ slightly from the images.
